Moments Unlocked provides product photography services for small brands, local retailers, and independent makers, including studio-based product intake and production in Rawalpindi. The scope of each project is confirmed through inquiry, product review, reference materials, a shot list, and a quote before work begins.
Fees are based on the agreed product count, views, styling, and retouched files. Payment methods may include bank transfer or card payment, as confirmed for the project. Any commercial terms not stated in writing remain subject to separate confirmation.
Products must be delivered only through a scheduled drop-off or a confirmed courier arrangement. The approved shot list and product order may be reviewed before production, and any sample setup or proof review is part of the agreed process. Delivery timing depends on the confirmed scope, review steps, and editing requirements.
All photographs, previews, and edited files remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights unless a separate written license states otherwise. No RAW files, rejected frames, or unedited camera files are included by default, and any permitted use of delivered images is limited to the agreed license.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moments Unlocked is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from website use or service performance. Results may vary based on product condition, briefing accuracy, and production conditions, and no guarantee is made of exact image recreation or technical outcomes beyond the agreed scope.
